We have a seamless exchange process. Got the wrong size? Leave us a DM on @tjkdesigns on our Instagram or email us at info@tjkdesigns.co and make sure the following conditions are met:

• The article is in perfect condition. Tagged and in its original packaging, and the sole of it shouldn’t be worn out.

• You have a 4 days window, from the date of receiving your order ,to get your sizes exchanged.

• If you wish to get the same article (and the size needs to be made on order due to unavailability of the size being in stock) an additional fee of Rs. 1000 will be applied.

• In case of Sale items the article will be exchanged on the original price.

• We do not exchange size 4, 5 or 12,13 and any article which has been customised for you (khussa chapals )

• Kids' sizes cannot be exchanged.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:

For International customers we don’t offer a refund or exchange policy.
